The app plays soothing sounds intended to help babies settle and sleep. It is provided for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to disrupt its operation.
The app is a comfort tool and is not a medical device. It does not monitor your baby and is not a substitute for proper supervision, professional medical advice, or safe-sleep practices. Always supervise your child.
Please use sound at a safe volume and keep the device a sensible distance from your child. You are responsible for the volume levels you choose.
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
