Fig and Vine, LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates the Shush My Baby mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

1. Information We Do Not Collect

We believe in minimizing data collection. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not collect personal identifying information such as your name, email address, phone number, or physical address.

2. Microphone Access and Audio Data

The App requires access to your device's microphone to function.

• Purpose: The microphone is used strictly to record your custom audio.
• Processing: To apply advanced audio smoothing and cross-fading, the recorded audio file is temporarily transmitted to our secure cloud servers.
• Deletion: The audio file is processed instantly and is immediately and permanently deleted from our servers. We do not store your audio, we do not listen to it, and we do not use it to train artificial intelligence models. The final processed audio loop is saved only locally on your device.

3. Device Identifiers and Usage Data

To manage premium feature access without requiring user accounts, we generate and collect anonymous Device Identifiers. This allows our systems to recognize if your specific device has unlocked premium features. We do not link this anonymous ID to any personal identity.

4. In-App Purchases and Payment Processing

We offer paid premium features within the App. We do not process payments directly, nor do we collect or store your credit card details or billing information.

All transactions are processed securely through the native digital storefronts (Google Play Billing and Apple StoreKit).

We use a third-party service, RevenueCat, strictly to validate these purchase receipts and manage your device's access to premium features.

5. Third-Party Services

We employ the following trusted third-party services to facilitate our App and analyze its performance:

• Google Play Services / Apple StoreKit: For processing secure payments.
• RevenueCat: For anonymous purchase validation and entitlement tracking.
• Sentry: For anonymous crash reporting and error tracking to help us identify and fix bugs (e.g., if the audio processor fails). Sentry does not collect personally identifiable information.

6. Children's Privacy

While our App is designed to be used by parents for their children, the App itself is not intended for direct use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Effective Date" at the top.
